MINNEAPOLIS-A local woman burst into uncontrollable laughter Monday in a Southeastern urban cafe. Pamela Jones was visiting Happy Java Cafe when she was struck by something so funny, it erupted into laughter that lasted longer than Minnesotans are used to and was louder than Minnesotans are used to.
Other cafe patrons were outraged, saying, "What's wrong with her? Call the Police!" When asked to comment, one woman who frequents Happy Java stated: "We are mean, miserable people here, and it's gonna stay that way!"
After her arrest, Ms. Jones was asked to comment. "I'm just happy, I can't help it," she said. She was released Monday with no charges, except for Visa and Mastercard.
